First of all, thank you for sharing the code. I tried running the code in the docker environment you provided on two separate computers, one with RTX TITAN and the other with 3090.
For the test set you gave, I got similar results on both computers and some of my data were also the same. But for many other data, such as the set of points belonging to a plane (266881 points), the result from RTX TITAN was 1073732 points and the 3090 one was only 46304 points (yes, rather less).
This is the first time I've seen this, and while I know that many times there is some random sampling and other factors that bring randomness, this is a huge difference. And I've run it more than once with these results. It looks like something went wrong.
