Redshift JDBC driver 2.1.0.30 error #276

When running Liquibase against Redshift using the latest official JDBC driver I'm encountering this error:

ERROR: Exception Details
ERROR: Exception Primary Class:  RedshiftException
ERROR: Exception Primary Reason:  ERROR: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block
ERROR: Exception Primary Source:  Redshift 8.0.2

However, when running an older version of the driver (2.1.0.18 specifically), the update operation is completed successfully.
