#8605 [mB] re-design plan detail page - "Kontakt für Rückfragen" and "Verantwortliche Stelle" appear side by side on mobile instead of stacked vertically

expected behaviour:
On small screens the two contact sections "Kontakt für Rückfrage" (Plan specific contact info) and "Verantwortliche Stelle" (Organization contact info) should be stacked vertically, in order to deal with the narrow space (see design).
behaviour:
Currently these two block are always next to each other, no matter how small the screen is.
device & browser:
all mobile devices tested (android, ios and ipados)
