[BUG] Crash when click on "Modify Table"

Current Behavior

Crash when click on "Modify Table".

Expected Behavior

Open Modify Table window.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create database
2. Create Table
3. Write Changes
4. Click on Modify Table

Environment

- OS: Ubuntu 20.04
- How docker service was installed:distro's packagemanager
