# Tips and tricks RHCE:
While preforming the RHCE exam reboot your system after configuring each service to check that everything is persistent.
After reboot, check that selinux, firewall-cmd, and service is running ( may not be so obvious with ntp/cron/etc )
# Using /root/pre-made-kickstart.ks, serve this file from /ks/ using httpd or nfs to allow remote kickstarting.
kickstart server
$ yum install httpd
$ systemctl enable httpd
$ firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=80/tcp
$ firewall-cmd --reload
$ mkdir /var/www/kickstart
$ cp /root/anaconda-ks.cfg /var/www/kickstart/
$ chcon --type httpd_sys_content_t /var/www/kickstart/*
$ semanage fcontext -a -t httpd_sys_content_t "/custom(/.*)?"
$ chown -R apache:apache /var/www/kickstart
$ cp /etc/httpd/conf.d/welcome.conf /etc/httpd/conf.d/kickstart.conf
$ # Alias /kickstart /var/www/kickstart
$ # <Directory /var/lib/kickstart>
$ # DirectoryIndex disabled
$ systemctl start httpd
$ grub add: ks=http://192.168.122.57/kickstart/anaconda-ks.cfg append ip=192.168.122.58 netmask=255.255.255.0
