It would be nice if we had the option to fail the build on actionable errors (misconfigurations, actual unacceptable dependencies) but ignore it when e.g. whitesource is unavailable or producing gateway errors.

Before taking this approach, can we determine if there is a root cause issue that we can fix? Ideally we would not get these errors in the first place.
