list of things for Chalabi to do. Don't give too much detail, let him figure it out on his own as well and mess around

• Build the binary
• run a test_node.sh testnet
• Perform some actions on the testnet using the PoA admin account (keyring-backned=test user1).
  • update manifest params (turn off inflation)
  • perform a manual payout
• build the docker image from makefile using heighliner
• Run Local-Interchain (chains/ directory)
• run an interchaintest e2e (ref makefile ictest- commands)
