Write a short overview / introduction to Integral Theory and Ken Wilber.

https://lifeitself.us/2019/01/22/ken-wilber-integral-spirituality/

Acceptance

Really short version could just be short bio, key books and a brief summary of key concepts

  • Short biography
  • Short bibliography highlighting key books
  • Key ideas
    • AQAL
      * [ ] Quadrants
      * [ ] Lines
      * [ ] Kosmic address
    • Cultural evolution (spiral dynamics)
    • Application to human ontology / psychology: waking up, growing up, cleaning up [showing up]
  • Key influences / people he synthesizes
  • Links to summary of key books
  • Other articles

Tasks

  • Initial "google" for what is already out there and what we can learn from it
  • Short bio
  • Book list (in zotero)
    • Identify key books (more recent are generally more relevant with Integral Spirituality roughly being the latest version of his thinking IMO)
  • ...
