Not getting very many answers. Would love some help.

I've successfully installed ARIA and am able to get it to summarize some of the documents, but not all. I'm also hoping ARIA will analyze my documents and provide answer to questions, but I'm not having much luck. Here's the latest example.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Not sure if I'm using the prompts correctly or if there's something else I need to do. I did select the thumbs down and submitted feedback, but any help is appreciated. I love the idea of ARIA and really hope it will do more analysis of the documents. Thank you in advance!
