首先这本书翻译的真的挺烂的，不推荐购买
其次讲的东西感觉也挺拼凑，没有特别的亮点
只有一句话让我记得了
即：

带着目的去思考问题
会比你无边际的思考更有效率和意义

作者举了个栗子
说每天散步的之前都会思考一个问题
然后走完之后就可以得到答案或者无限接近答案
我尝试过
确实会有用
