Should be an indicator if you're chat has been muted and you try to send a chat and at least a web link to appeal. Eventually a notification when the mute is applied #1199

My chat has been muted for a few weeks, no clue why as I rarely chat but yeah should be some more indication as specified in title

Indicator of why chat is not sending when you are already muted
Web link to appeal
Notification once you are muted
