Replace most/all of the remaining user-select: none occurrences with @include prevent-select

This could easily be done right away, but I'm not sure if there's some cases where it's inappropriate. So far I've tested the site on my mobile for each occurrence I've replaced.

I am blind and just now see the vendor prefix symbol in the chart there. And yes, we absolutely want @include prevent-select or the vendor prefixed if non-none values everywhere.
