Sonic adventure 2 texture warping and some shadows flickering and warping

I was able to spot some texture warping in city escape at this section, also some rails have issues with their shadow flickering and warping, nor alpha sorting per pixel nor full frame buffer emulaton nor rtt solved this problem, it happens on all apis
