Description

On PlayStation Portable taking a screenshot (of any NES game, but probably not just them) from the "Quick Menu" results in getting a screenshot of the menu itself. Taking a screenshot via hotkey works fine.
NB: I haven't checked any non-NES game since I don't have any just now.

Expected behavior

Using "Take Screenshot" item from "Quick Menu" takes a screenshot of the game.

Actual behavior

Using "Take Screenshot" item from "Quick Menu" takes a screenshot of the menu.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Run any .NES ROM (with FCEUmm - it's the only core that runs on PSP)
  2. Open "Quick Menu" (by default - press and hold Start button for 2s)
  3. Select and use "Take Screenshot"

Bisect Results

I'm using RetroArch just one day, and this bug seems to be there all the time.

Version/Commit

  • RetroArch: 1.19.1

Environment information

  • OS: PSP-OS 6.60 with CFW PRO-C and Infinity Mod, running on PSP-300X Slim
  • Compiler: (from Information/System Information) GCC 11.2.0 32-bit

UPD:

Switching CFW to a modern ARK-4 changes nothing. The issue is still there, but it has little importance when there are plenty of plugins capable of shooting the screen [1], [2].
