关于webpack-dev-server的路径问题 #1

博主好，关于devServer中路径的相关配置，应该最终与output.public有关系吧，比如contentBase，如果配置了output.public的话，contentBase指定的路径应该也是以output.public配置的路径为基础路径的，不知道这样理解是否正确
