What would you like to be added/modified:
The dependency modernc.org/sqlite should probably be updated from v1.27.0 to at least v1.29.0 (latest is v1.29.5) to update the sqlite3 bindings from 3.41.2 to 3.45.1.

Why is this needed:
According to the SQLite documentation, the following vulnerabilities exist for SQLite 3.41.2

I'm not sure if eKuiper is affected by either of these, but it's better to keep the dependency up to date, in my opinion.
