Power over the Pin's #6

Hello
i have a
LILYGO® TTGO LORA32 868 Mhz ESP32 LoRa OLED 0,96 Zoll

i try to power it over the Pin which are indicated with GND and 3.3 but i am able to mesure the power till the PINs but the device will not start.

is there a bug?
