Expected

PR title not valid. Bot sends a message to PR.
PR title gets updated to being valid.
Bot deletes the original message that it created in PR.

Actual

PR title not valid. Bot sends a message to PR.
PR title gets updated to being valid.
Bot doesn't do anything.
