Wishlist: Fail .md files with `TK` in content #11

A common editing mark, "TK" indicates that the content is not finished and a missing content is "to come." See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/To_come_(publishing)

A rule that issues errors when TK is found in content (but not, say, URLs) of markdown files would be awesome IMHO
