OrangePi Zero 2W no HDMI & no default user / pw #19

Both the server and desktop versions for the OrangePi Zero 2W do not have the hdmi enabled.

If I try to use the serial, the default credentials of pi / rasberry do not work.

How can I enable the HDMI?
