Observed behavior

In Kolibri 0.18 alpha1 we are showing the "No resources available" instead of the available other libraries.

Here's how this looks in the official Kolibri 0.17.5:

Expected behavior

Unless otherwise specified somewhere, we should keep the 0.17.5 behavior.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Install the Kolibri 0.18 alpha1 build
  2. Navigate to Home or Library

Windows 11, Ubuntu 22 - Chrome, Firefox
