Hi Robert,
I have multiple fasta files, each has n of sequences of insertion (from different reads). Can I use Racon to generate a consensus sequence for each insertion? Do I need to generate multiple alignment sequences, or can I use it with the sequence extracted from the reads? If this is possible, can you guide me on how to use it? I don't understand how to generate a sam input file as well, as these sequences are already extracted from the aligned reads.
Sincerely,
Asmaa
