Make the agent capable of registering with multiple Commander servers so one agent can be used with multiple servers. This will require it to keep track of a separate host certificate and registration key for both. This could change the agent installer creation process... I'll find an elegant way to make it work.

This could also impact the agent update and version assignment process... Not sure how to handle version disagreements between servers yet.
