Using external edit, saving a note containing a path having "resources" changes to ":" inside Joplin.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a note in Joplin with "[docs](file:///c:/foo/resources/docs)" as a line.
  2. Toggle external editing for the note.
  3. Using the external editor, save the note.
  4. Observe that the line in Joplin has changed to "[docs](file:///c:/foo/:/docs)".
