Recent change to a note disappears

Description

Shortly after adding information to a note, the information "disappears."
This happens intermittently, with no identifiable pattern.

Initially, I thought this was likely finger trouble on my part, so I ignored it.

Then, even though I was being careful, I continued to experience it, so I started to suspect the app. Out of concern for losing information, I started to trigger a sync immediately after every change to a note. More than once, I observed the following:

• Add some text to a note (frequently a paste of text at the end of the note)
• Hit sync
• As the sync completes, the last bit of information added to the note "disappears"

Been seeing this (or something similar) a lot today. The scenario:

• Click on "New note" (I have "Focus title" option selected)
• Start typing
• Some characters are missing from the title

Not 100% sure but it seemed as though a sync happened while typing.
Sometimes, instead, I would see the issue reported in #1353.

Still seeing this on Desktop 1.0.152.
Saw it just now, and can say for sure that it's not related to sync.
Created a new note, started typing the title, and three characters disappeared from the title I had just typed when I paused briefly while typing.
