usepackage hyperref missing and url text

Hello,

In order to be able to use URL in the footer, you need to add an extra \usepackage{hyperref} to have it working/avoid compilation errors
Also, to have it working as expected (open a new email with your default app), you need to amend the following line \protect\href{mailto:#7}{#7}
