The following command sequence

spack repo add singularity-eos/spack-repo
spack info singularity-eos

produces the following meaningless help message

(base) jonahm@cn135:$ spack info singularity-eos 
CMakePackage:   singularity-eos

Description:
    None
==> Error: can only concatenate str (not "NoneType") to str

How do we get this to list variants, etc? @mauneyc-LANL
