/list 到 /list?tga=linux 不刷新,
如果/list被设置了index,则/到/list也不刷新

我认为即使是相同的组件,地址不同也应该要刷新.
用了BrowserRouter组件#号后面的改变则不刷新,keeper实现刚好相反

也许不要刷新，但是我想在地址改变时重新执行enterFilrer
