After upgrade, Alfa1-design is not working. Most installed installations is running that design, so in reality no installations will be working after upgrade.

All designs that is selectable in Global admin should be workable.

As smarty is removed, the old templates must be "migrated" to support the new format which is just plain php files that are included. Looking into this.
