Spark compatibility table in documentation

It would be helpful to the user if the documentation lists compatibility with Spark APIs.

One way to automate this is to collect doctest results and generate a report when building documentations. We may also commit notes to the repo for known compatibility issues, and the note (e.g. in JSON/YAML format) can be merged with the auto-generated compatibility report.
