Bug: DOI bulk upload breaks when file has hard returns

if you upload a list of DOIs and that list of DOIs has excessive/unnecessary carriage returns/line breaks at the end it breaks the upload.

I don’t know if this is a solvable thing, or if there’s good reason for it being like that (obviously it’s going “Well there’s been a line break and then another line break, where’s the frigging DOI in between”) but I rather suspect it’s what has been causing many of the upload issues we’ve experienced.
