vite在启动时会扫描依赖并进行预构建，但是 unplugin 插件导致 element-plus 在启动时需要加载大量的scss样式文件,引发多次依赖预构建，拖慢启动速度。
可以看到 依赖预构建和css处理耗费了很多时间。在开发环境取消 element-plus 样式按需加载，可以加快开发环境预加载速度。
