Just wanted to alert that the use of sqlcipher_x64.exe in binary form without any copyright notice (that I could find), if that binary is based on the source code at https://github.com/sqlcipher/sqlcipher/blob/master/LICENSE might be in infringement of the license of the library. If that is the case, compliance is simple:

* Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright
  notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the
  documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.
