Description

Once the CustomStateCheck is removed from API and the old v1beta2 version is no longer served, we can remove the related implementation code.

Reasons

The feature is no longer supported.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Remove code related to CustomStateCheck handling
  • Remove code related to conversion logic for CustomStateCheck handling (if any)
  • Cleanup tests as necessary
