Need to add Ragdoll command and bind to Z. This is for accidental death caused by muscle spasms

Need to create a new Admin menu for kicks, warns and other misc things

Need to add command to despawn wagons.

IF one wagon is left with no driver for whatever reason, or the ped vacates it causes traffic jam. Peds vacate if they wait too long or bump into something
