"Toggle Comment" doesn't work

I would expect to be able to use the "Toggle Comment" command in Sublime to comment out Lettuce tests easily, but it doesn't work with this syntax definition. :(

It might take me a while to get to this due to other priorities, but I'll do my best to add support for it.

Thanks! I looked into if I could do this myself and send you a pull request, but I couldn't find any documentation on where the toggle comment character was specified in the syntax file. If you can point me in the right direction, I might be able to make the change myself and send you a PR.
