Apparently this is done in chrome for some kind of webfont which coretext/directwrite can't load.

Already testing code addition (skia.FontMgr.New_Custom_Empy()) in my detached fork.

Build and bundle freetype on non-linux 0f366c0 then it is just one line to add it 95088fc and as a side effect, loading OT-SVG font is now more or less predictable. f1f4feb
