Setup Markdown prettier in the project

Kulkul always prioritizes developer experience when developing any piece of software. Since we deal with lots of Markdowns would be nice if we have linter integrated into the development workflow. The ideal setup would be

• Using husky to setup git pre-commit.
• Using markdownlint to lint the Markdown
• Using prettier to make the markdown pretty

An example project that uses this setup is Ngecilin.
