For now this adds the basic structure required to allow passing a WebAssembly file to the dwarfdumper. From here on we can add support for all the sections and parsing of the actual contents
This also implements dumping the debug sections which zig-dwarfdump supports.

Updated to the latest master and fixed the compile errors. It is, however, blocked by ziglang/zig#19222. |
