I ran into this issue trying to build the minikube iso as well. Looks like the containerd-release package was removed in this PR and moved to this repo! I'll see if I can figure out a way to fix it.

it is fixed in latest cri-o https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cri-o/releases/tag/v1.11.8
