What would you like to be added

I want to bump up the cinder-csi.

Also, like refered on the DockerHUB's page the repository has moved from DockerHUB to k8s-registry

Why is this needed

I want to have an up to date version of the CSI.
Also (i'll add that on a another PR), I want to enable CSI metrics (this feature is available since the release v1.29.0 of the cinder-csi.
