Add option to attach default AWS Role ARN to all profiles that don't have attached role

Hi,
We faced the need to attach to all profiles by default specific roles that will grant access to base resources.
I've already tested the solution and will create a pull request to the kubeflow/kubeflow repository.

Maybe this feature will be helpful to the community.
