Known issues:

• 29.97 progressive videos stutter
• Sometimes CEC may not work and it is not configurable
• no HD-Audio passthrough and multichannel audio output
• some USB DVB tuners don't work

• hopefully finally fix sped-up video/audio for videos with 24kHz and 32kHz audio tracks
• disable kernel log showing up before splash
• use LZ4 compression for SYSTEM image to boot and run faster (thanks go to @arco)
