Error in presidency_project.Rmd #1

Hi, I'm trying to run presidency_project.Rmd, but I keep seeing this error:

Error in dots[[1L]][[1L]] : object of type 'closure' is not subsettable

when I get to the chunk at line 84. Not sure if this might be due to new updates or something like that.
