state of project ?

Hi,

Could you tell us if the project is still alive ?
I saw pull requests ready to be merged 2 or 3 years old, and some are waiting for changes (like extrude)
Do you plan to continue the project ?
Should the community do a hard fork to keep it alive ?

The project is more of a maintenance state now, rather than development.
Regardless, we'll try to go through all PRs in near future.

I'm wanting to use this library, but I need the extrude option because I've got a few tiling sprites, so I'll chime in and second that it'd be nice if this library could live on. I'm looking at manually applying the extrude PR for now.

Edit: unfortunately it's not working at this time. Probably needs updating for a newer version of imagemagick.

FWIW, I created a tool that does the exact same job. It run on Node.js only (no imagemagick), support cropping/trimming and has a nice CLI. I'm actively maintaining it, so if you have request, fell free to raise an issue.
