Did you find your way ? I had no problem inside git-bash (git for windows) and it seem to be what you are using.

Looks like you haven't specified a path. Use an npm script to run this instead. E.g. in your package.json file, under scripts, make a key called "spritesheet" with the spritesheet-js command and then type "npm run spritesheet"
