Add custom name ability in "devices" list (For Multi Same Browser/OS platforms)

When we add "2 chrome in same OS platform" it is overwriting the old one I added before so please add "custom" name ability so we can avoid that problem. But it is working I use different "browser"and of course If I add different OSes with browser also works too.

Version 2.5.1 of the app is rolling out now, which will prevent pairings of the same name from overwriting eachother. We will add renaming pairings in an upcoming release as well.
