Handle Redis appropriately

Currently, we handle Redis on a task basis, meaning in the first run everything is populated, all task ids are there and operations function normally (update, add, delete). But if a Google tasklist is deleted or if a notion page is deleted, those ids will still be in the database. This case needs to be handled
