Improve the "Divide rest among blanks" button

When a distribution of an expense is in progress, often, there is on the bill some items (drinks...) that need to be share between some of the people only.

It could be great to have a button "Divide amount between people" :

• you can select the amount to add
• you can select/unselect people concerned by the division
• after it's done, each selected people has his amount increased by the division result

There is a split action, and you can split among a subset of the entire traveler crew within a travel.
(If that is what you are looking for, please have a look at the petrol colored circle buttons within the 'Create Payment' dialog.).

I am not sure, if i got your idea properly: Do you want to charge travelers with expenses without expenditures? This is not possible, as tricky tripper is balancing spendings with expenses.

No.

I have created a bill simulation here : #40 (comment). The point n°6 explains what I suggest here.

Yeah! It is definitely clear.
However: I will close this ticket and handle both improvements with #40, as #40 holds the excellent example you provided.
