About kodi 16.2 install which plugin is able to play iptv

Because my ITV is a lower version of Android, I can only install the version of kodi 16.2, but I can't find the PVR IPTV Simple Client plug-in in version 16.2, I would like to ask which plug-in is the corresponding one in version 16.2?

Just checkout the Jarvis branch on GitHub. But you will need to build it yourself. That was way before my time on the project so I don’t know what would be involved with cross compiling that version.
